Level 4 Crafting Quest

Just wondered if you have to manufacture the 2 star items yourself for the level 4 crafting quest OR can you buy them from other players?

    Funnily enough it didn't work for me. The crafted items HAD to say "Manufectured by Nevermore" to count =/

    So we have one person that says you can buy them and one that says you cannot. Can anyone else chime in with their experience on the matter? Does it matter if the item is at full health or can you turn in a partially damaged one?

    when i turned in my 2 star armor for the quest i made 2 myself and bought 1 from another player o.o

    Did it say Manufcatured by ______? If it had neither, it was a bugged display, as there are a couple items like that =|

    So what level do you have to be to get this quest?

    40 or 50?

    And where do you get it?

    I tired looking around for this information and can't seem to find it >_<
