Best 1v1/small scale PvP Class?

Nothing fancy or exciting here! Just name which class you think, at the highest levels with the best reasonably obtainable gear, is the strongest in duels and general small scale PvP, and post why you think so.

    WF, because you can buy a pet that can 1 shot a 9x WB from the cash shop.
