Question about guild recruit levels ??

hi, back again, i see a lot of guilds in global chat, recuiting for level 20 and up, why is that? is it the guild itself oR a guild requirement? thx

    Just a requirment, usually put in place to ensure all members will continue to grow with the rest of it and not be left behind. Especially for territory wars.

    Different guilds have different requirments, or some not at all.
