Question about pet skills

Where can I find the skill books to give a pet a skill or level an existing one? I've checked what was being auctioned in the Lost city but there are none. Is there an NPC that sells them? I'm looking to ad Bash to my beatle and maybe level up his boost skill...anyone know where I can find the skill books to do this? Thanks in advance.
