Item Drop Rates & Quest Inventory

Just a gentle note, but some of the grinding is *obscene*. The drop rates need a bit of tweaking at lower levels.

I don't mind grinding a -bit- to get stuff. Like, say, need 3 poisontail scorpion tails... kill 30... get 3... that's okay... but I killed, and killed... and killed... and died three times in the process... and killed some more... then FINALLY got... ONE. I spent roughly 6 solid hours of gameplay and went from level 20 to 21 killing those things, and didn't get all three until the very end.

This isn't isolated, some things are just right, but many need tweaking.

At first, the drop rates are perfect, but after level 10 they get exponentially harder to obtain, and at a curve that is close to rediculous in some cases.

That aside, the quest inventory sees very little use. Many items that are useful only in quests get placed in the primary inventory. At the same time, a quest item can't be placed in the bank (unless I'm just a gimp!).

At any rate... I'm sure I could come up with a million ideas, but for now, just the drop rates and more use of quest inventory until much higher levels.

Dude, if that'd ever happened to me I'd realize it wouldn't be normal at max 1hr-2hrs and then try to relog see if it does anything (doubt it but hey, ex: fixing computer problems can be as easy as rebooting sometimes).

Anyway, I think I remember that quest. It's on top of a mountain near the vicious FB19 cave as an elf right? Took me 30 mins max.

    It went like this:

5 to 10 scorpions to get 1 out of 3 and then I got the last 2 around kill 20-25.

As for your quest inventory question.. Quest items does not go into your ''normal'' inventory. They directly go into your ''Quest'' one. If you are talking about celestone fragments/mirages/human/earth (and the rest and some exceptions perhaps) stones then consider them as materials, not quest items even thought they are needed in the quest to make mirage stones. And no, you can't put quest items in bank since they already are fine in their own ''Quest inventory' which does -not- take any place in your normal inventory.

There's not enought space as it is with materials in your Inventory&bank that this game's pretty much pushes you to buy cash shop $$$ items to enlarge your inventory/bank spaces. Praise PWI they weren't cheap enought to mix quests items with normal items and materials because it'd be **** top.

Edit: I thought about it and I am guessing you are talking about Dragon Quest items. It's different. Think of it as good sellable loots but that is better keep and then to sell to players just like materials or use them for the Dragon Quest once you are more advanced in the game (search dragon quest in forums to find out more about it). But yeah, why aren't they put in the ''Quest Items''? Excellent question! Most logical answer I can think of? There's SO many dragon quest items that mixing all of'em with your inventory makes you go nuts and then WHAM! 20$ (minimum required) wasted on cash shop (or if you are high lvl, 200k to 300k) to expand your space. Perhaps Dragon Quest items directly goes in the Quest Item tab in PW-MY but I doubt it since we can't take out quest items.
