Game crashes

Well, the game crashes pretty mutch right after it loads notice window. Changing affinity settings did not work. Changing compatibility settings also fail. Im using windows xp sp3, geforce 8500,
and amd 2.8ghz dual core. Gpu drivers are fully updated.

Can somebody help me with this one?

    Please submit a ticket to tech support with a description of your problem as well as a DXDiag log.

    To get the log, go to Start, click on run (if using Windows XP; in Vista, click in the search bar), then type in dxdiag and press enter. Click on Save All Information, then attach the text file to your ticket.

    Well, i have allready sent the ticket, they said that i should update my gpu drivers. Well, i replied to them and said that i allready had fully updated gpu drivers. I didnt get an answer for a couple of days so i posted here if anybody could help.

    Ps: I did include dxdiag file in my last ticket
