Patching help?

So after trying to use the auto patch, I found that I always get a file download error while downloading the updates for the "elements.data" file.
I've decided to use the manual patch. Just two questions about it;
1) Do I need to download all of the patches on that page, or just the most recent one?
2) What do I do after it's downloaded?

Also, I'm on the 1st game version, if that helps.

    You really don't need to make a new thread this often. Click on your name in the top right corner, then click "Statistics", then click "Find all posts by tailzz"

    You need to download the "Patch 1-15" patch, which updates you from Version 1 to Version 15 (currently the most recent). . Once you've downloaded it, simply double-click the .CUP file -- it'll automatically bring up the Perfect World updater, if you used the installer.
