Hello I have purchased zen today for my first time on this server and I am aware that it will take 15 minutes. But I have purchased them at 8:10 and it is now 9:15 pm and still my zen is not finished Validation. Can you guys please send me my zen. I have paid $50 and I cant touch my zen yet. cause the validation is never completing, yet when i check my credit card you guys already took out the $50 so please fix it PLEASE><..

    I also emailed the ticketing system and no response yet T_T. If you guys can do something sooner then later it would be awesome. Otherwise I would have to deny the transaction with my credit card. But I don't wanna cause I will have to do the same process again. I want my Zen b:cry

    I don't believe this is of interest. It was a credit card purchase, as far as I'm aware they're instant and the money according to the OP was in fact deducted.
