Wraith Lady Quest Problem... HELP! =0

I started this quest a few levels ago, and got to the extremely fair part that requires you to fly up to Heaven's Tear to finish. Being the screwed over Male Non-Elf character that I am, I had no way of getting to the NPC. No big deal, I thought, at least I could hold it until later.

Lo and behold, I hadn't been screwed over enough already. Now the quest is gone from my quest log for some unknown reason, and the quest isn't available from Lady Wraith. WTF? Someone please explain what the hell is going on here?

    It may be a glitch and when you get to Heaven's Tear and speak to the NPC it may come up.

    Once you are lvl30, you will complete a quest that gives human characters a flying sword, so you will be able to get up there.
