Freezing and restarting

Everytime i get to the char select screen, It either
A. Restarts my comp instantly.
B. freezes and does nothing
i've let it sit for a little over 30 minutes, and its done nothing still. idk what the problem is, i was able to play earlier this morning. but now it just does that

    where did you download it from?
    do you meet the system requirements?
    Virus scan your computer
    Update drivers and update windows if possible.
    Run it as administraitor.
    Try re-installing it.

    Ive done all of that, yes it meets the requirements. last time i checked. and i did a virus scan. i downloaded it from here. It was working perfectly fine 4-5 hours ago.

    what OS are you using? try changing the compatibility optinons...

    If you are using an AGP ATI card, use the catalyst driver version 7.7. Newer versions cause this exact issue, and only with AGP ATI cards..
