Logging on?

Hey i cant log on at all. I havent been able to get on. Whenever i push start on the Perfect world thing a box comes up with a bunch of wierd symbols(another language i cant read). It looks like an error box but i have no idea how to read it or even type it. I just cant log in and its really bugging me because i really want to play this

Start over, delete and uninstall everything. My suggestion
Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
