pet skills

I just started on sanctuary but cant learn my pet skills (tame,heal and resurrect) im lvl 14 now . I have the 3 books in my inventory and 20k money. when i go to pet trainer the skill tab is empty. Any know if its bugged?

    its already fixed go to tame pet option if it doesnt work
