Where is the advanced makeover scroll Like in Perfect world Mylasia?

As topic says i was wondering if the advanced makeover scroll is going to be activated as i asume its a port it should have most if not all items locked in somewhere, i always thought this scroll was the coolest n miss it a lot... anyone heard rumors around the "fabled makeover scroll"?

    you get one in a quest around level 30, if you mean to redo the entire look of your character.

    Advanced scroll not normal one its item mail only, i think
