Cash shop mount speed upgrade?

If I bought both speed upgrades for the panther (8m/s starting), will it be as fast as the more expensive 9m/s mounts + one upgrade? Will 2 speed upgrades allow it to move at 11m/s eventually? Thanks!

    Maximum speed for a once upgraded panther is 10m/s. As far as I know, it isn't possible to add another upgrade for extra speed, but I'll let someone else correct me on that if I am wrong.

    Is the maximum speed 10 or 11? I might have got the max speed wrong...

    Using the galewind spurs (15 gold upgrade) at pet manager makes the panther's speed 10m/s, but I don't know if it can level again to 11m/s after that :confused:

    Panther initial speed = 8m/s
    after upgrade with cash shop = 9m/s
    after lvled to lvl 11 = 10m/s = MAX

    Lvl60 mounts = 11m/s MAX
