Eagle's wings lvl 30

I just finished my quest and got my eagles wings, , tons faster then the starter wings
however i use acclerate and my duration bar is gone, 1/300 how do i rechargeit to use acclerte again?

Figured it out,,

anyoen who dotn know here ishow,,,, decompose armor or weapons you get at the blacksmith, tailor, ect ect,, youhave to have a certain skill level to decompose items,, then when you decompose the item you get a stone, you take the stone from your bag and drag it onto your wings and it adds 1 duration per level of the stone ...

Flying still sucks **** in this game,, entirely to slow,, flying should be tons faster then walking ,, like warcraft netherdrake mount,, +280% run speed, now thats the **** perfect worlds are made of
