How do I increase my spiritual cultivation at 29?

Hello,

As the title states I reached level 29 and cant seem to be able to find how to increase my cultivation. At level 9 and again at lvl 19 I was automatically handed a spiritual cultivation quest and spoke to the Taoist in City of Lost. I tried checking with him but did not have any quests.

Any info would help thanks.

    I just finished one super duper long one, and it gave me the next one at lvl 30. I don't remember the name of it since I'm not logged in.

    The long one ended at killing florafang. I think I got the quest in my early-mid 20's. Once that completed, I had to see the taoist in Archosaur to get the next quest.

    Ok I just logged in to check, it's called Aware of Harmony, from Puhui the Taoist in Archosaur. But like I said, I didn't get it at level 29, I got it at level 30, after finishing the long quest that ended in killing florafang.
