Can't log in into perfect world

Ok so I installed PW in my home PC and all files where verified,client is running normally, latest game update is complete however when I try to start the game this appears:

(I checked all the system requirement and my system meets more then the minimum requirements however i'm not sure about the graphic card which is names Standars VGA graphic card...)

any help is appreciated :)
