cultivation

i need to know how level up cultivation, i'm able to get a skill but i can't get it bcuz it's a different cultivation level. so someone plz help me with this. thanks!

    The quest should be in your quest log, It's the orangish one. You have to do that in order to increase your spiritual cultivation.

    You should've gotten a pop up when you leveled to 9 that said you need to do a Cultivation quest for the Taoist. If you don't already have the quest (like he said it's orange in the quest log) just go to the Taoist (he's usually near the elder somewhere) in your race's home town and get the quest.
