Is this skill worth leveling? Currently, it's one of my better skills (Still at Lv 9 though...), but it seems to add a set amount of damage, rather than Take Aim's +X% damage.

So before I level it any further (Lv 2 now), is this skill worthless later on?

    You can level it to 3 if you want but Lvl 2 is fine. You will be needing it at lvl 89+ "MAXED" if you're going to choose hell.
