I went there already but the link takes me to the PWI Forum page, and I see no ID or whatever at the top right like it suggests.

first off have you made an in-game character yet? If you've never logged into the game and created a level 1 character your only forum avatar option is the "?" Persona.

Yes I have, I just found out from someone that I have to be on the same computer that I play the game on.

This is incorrect.

Not sure why the OP is experiencing this particular issue but your forum avatar info is all based on server side data. Your local data has nothing to do with it.

The Shazzbot will be taken in for repairs and reprogramming shortly.

Malenn - Heavens Tear

It's just kind of odd, my forum pic doesn't look like my in game character... Same race and stuff but the hair and face are somewhat different. the level displayed is also correct. Any thoughts?

The forum Avatars are the with the General Look of the Character at Creation.

The Special Look of your own character as Forum Avatar would be too much work

Thats why they chosen it this way.
