Quest problem at lv42

Hi,
yesterday i reached lv42, and got 3 new quests i think, but 1 of them says:

" A temporarily disabled NPC is looking for you. You may check it out."

this is a kinda strange... is it going to be fixed at least? Because lvl without quests is kinda hard.. :(

if someone have same problem and got already a good explanation to this, share with me =)

    It is know bug form new update and all players get this message......

    basickly that NPc is you.....so its not quest.....
