Character Not Showing Up At Log-in

i have the new patch, I check the ping..pretty good. When I enter my log-in credentials it takes me to an empty character select screen. Anyone else experiencing this? Know any fixes?:confused:

I think venomancers are a pretty cool guy, eh mances the venom and doesn't afraid of anything.
