This game just seems to have way too many problems so I just give up on it.

    It's beta, of course it is going to have problems...frustrating, but it happens.

    The only beta about this 4 year old game is the cash shop.

    Well, I mean beta in the US or whatever but yeah, I don't understand it either. If it's taken from the malaysian version why on earth are there still so many problems? You would think the only new thing needed would be the servers but I don't know about this kind of thing so oh well.

    Anyway, back to retrying my update...again...

    Translating a game from one language to another doesn't happen overnight, it is very involved and there are several issues that may arise because of it. Please try and grasp this simple concept before complaining. It doesn't matter if it's four years old or not.

    The game may be older, but it is expandable and scalable gameplay-wise for years to come.

    The game is NOT translated from the Malaysian version. It is translated directly from the original Chinese version because PWE IS a branch of the original publisher.

    PWE is working very hard to translate, re-build, etc; parts of the game for new types of servers, gameplay preferences for new audiences and more.

    It is put into Open Beta because it is much better to have thousands of people playing and testing the game and giving us feedback and bug reports, then it is to have 100 or less people working on the game. The game is HUGE, there is no way we can work out all the kinks alone.

    That's why we have such a great and dedicated community.

    So play nice, be nice, and try to be semi-polite to your fellow community members. :D
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
