2 people one mount

Hello everyone,
I have seen two people on one mount before but can't seem to get it to work. Can someone clue me in on how to get two people on one mount?

    Male carries female.

    Female cannot carry anyone. And male cannot carry male.

    so the male has to have the mount and then carry the female then ride?

    I find this a bit lame that it has the male/female requirements. I am not **** myself but I am sure that there are more than a few people who play who are and it is probably pretty agrravating. Also, my friend has a mount and she is female, I am a male and would like to ride with her. I guess this isn't possible and I am just complaining.
