Suggestions from a long term multiple beta tester

Background: I have been beta testing since the original ever
beta and havent stopped since and while every game has different aims and goals., the main goal of every mmorpg should be to
1. For the Gamer Irl to be able to escape to a world that they enjoy
2. For the Gamer to be able to do things that they couldnt do in the real world
3. For the Gamer to be able to spend a reasonable amount of time and feel a sense of accomplishment every day.
4. For the Gamer to be able to cobble together a stack of materials hoping and praying out of the 10 items they make that one of them is cutting edge and can feel proud of.
About Number 1 yes to a point your world is right on about number one., that is unless you hate questing in which case you might as well uinstall this game(some of us are sick of doing hundreds of quests just to get to another plateau)
About Number 2 Yes you've managed to do that to a certain point but there really isnt a whole lot of choice as far as your character creation., but to be blunt you're talking to a gamer that enjoys using paired tonfa in martial arts and im not the norm.
About Number 3 I spent about 6 hours gathering enough materials to cobble together 5 weapons and 1 piece of armor only to find out that the three socket 2 star blue weapon i crafted and the spells i learned were completely blown out of the water when i went to go to test them out on the same creatures i was fighting just 15 minutes earlier.
IE level 10 cleric in a mixture of heavy medium and light armor with average magic weapon doing 200 or so damage to a level 8 normal non elemental creature came back at level 11 with some wicked gear on and had to cast and do 5 times the damage as before to an identical level 8 to kill it. That is NOT acceptable. If that is not addressed before you go live mark my words all you will have are the zen sellers the AH gougers and no real player base. All my hard work was rewarded with nothing.
