Cash Shops and boutique

Is there any way to view whats in the cash shop and boutique outside of game??
Is the cash shop and boutique the same thing?

Can you exchange your gold for zen? When I goto buy zen it asks if I want to transfer.. I have no clue what that means.
Before I buy Zen or silver or whatever Id like to see the items I want to get before purchasing you know?:confused:

    3. Zen equals to silver. 100 zen = 100 silver = 1 gold = 1 dollar
