I couldn't find a post on this anywhere, so I thought I'd give some co-ords.

I found the winged tiger remains at 488, 901 in Etherblade Lake.

    I would also like to know why the Winged Tiger is a human skeleton.

    The story was that he was a cross between an Untamed and a Winged Elf, so I guess the skeleton looks like an elf body.

    Silly question, but now that I have found the remains, I can't click on them... Any idea how to finish the quest?

    Nevermind- I was on a different quest... Found my winged tiger spirit near the mines..

    Hello all :)
    Well 3 parts in this quest
    1 part capture Winged Tiger at 443,669 under water near a big rock land who fall in water and no so far from the bridge.
    2 part The ramin of the Winged Tiger in Etherblade Lake under water at 488,902
    3 Part return back to Recluse Elf near Plume

    Hope can be more clear like this ;)

    The Winged Tiger is probably just the nickname of the person who had died. Like how people would call someone "The Beast" or something. But meh, that's probably not the proper reason, but oh well.

    And this helped me a lot, I didn't know whether the remains were in the Lake or outside on the Grass around the lake. So Thanks a ton Giggles. =}
