Is it good to take axe/spear type..

axe skills...max
spear skills....concentrate only at the last aoe spear atk. (makes physical def lower)

so is it possible (the spear is used only when doing the debuff on physical def) other spear skills, at lvl 1

    You'll want to only start with one mastery due to how expensive it would be to max two trees.

    Once your in your 80s you can probably really start tying another tree.

    wrong, even in 80s, it will still be not enough skill point for you to do that too. you need skill point for LVL 11 for you major skills. around 1.1 million skill point for each of them. plus if you need to add crafting skill, it is not possible for you to add another skill tree.
