Wing Speed isn't right

Hi, I just gained my level 30 Eagle wings and I've noticed in timed trials, (yes I did many time trials in straight lines to the same co-ords just to make sure), the original white wings are faster.

The Eagle wings have a speed of 0.5 and the white 0.0, so the eagle should always be faster, yet they are slower.

What the heck is wrong?

    The passive skill "flight mastery" only works with the white ones ...

    Thanks for the reply. If that's the case then the dev's need to sort it out. What's the point of awarding new wings and having a skill that don't work together. And they should at least make it clear if that's how they want it to be, as most will want to use the new wings and level the skill, never realising they are being screwed.

    Is it only the quest reward rings that it doesn't apply with the speed increase?

    Does cash shop wings stack with the skill?

    I think it only applies to the white starter ones, which sucks.
