attack speed added to weapon mastery skills

I just put in a suggestion in the the official thread but i wanted to know what others thought about it also. My suggestion was to add a small attack speed boost on to the weapon mastery skills. In real life a master of a weapon is faster at using it then some new person is, so i thought it would be good for the game also. Not saying it should be ungodly fast where you can pk someone before they even knew what happened to them, just enough to where if you have two people using swords and one has some levels in sword mastery wile the other doesn't you would be able to see a little bit of a difference.
