changeing screen size via file?

Well i dont know all the you can and cant yet, but i was just looking around the files in PWI for screenshots, then i saw system like file. So i opend it and it was as i hope it was. it had all the settings from graphic to sound etc.

There i found the screen size part.

So my quest im i allowed to change the size?
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 owner.:p
