Spiritual Cultivation Quest lvl25

Hello all , i'm having some trouble with a Spiritual Cultivation Quest...i've attached some images. I'm lvl 25 Blademaster.
I'm supposed to kill Adalwolf Archer and as you can see i found the right location.
The problem is i've been killing them for about 1,5 Hours and no quest item has dropped.
Do i need to raise my level in order for the quest item to drop ? Perhaps i need to be in squad with someone ?
Or it's just a very very very rare drop ?

    You're not doing anything wrong. Ever since open beta started I noticed quest item drop rate lowered drastically for some reason. When I couldn't get a quest item for a while I just relogged my char. It usually worked. So try that

    Ok thanks , i'll keep trying. I was worried it might be a bug or something , happy that it isn't. :)

    myself and squad partner killed for about an hour and no drop for either of us
    will try now that I have been logged for a while.
    Hope it works
    and yes I have noticed the same thing that the drops from the kills are
    a lot less frequent than other versions
