Char broken

Tech support you really need to fix my char eve she is broken i am posting a link where you can see a pic of one of 2 things going on with her http://my.imageshack.us/v_images.php the other problem is when i jump forward i bounce back and i showed a gm last night..I tried my other char and she is just fine so i know it isn't the client and it isn't lag cause i got a ping of 78
