I can't even start the game...

I am unable to even get to the login screen. I get as far as this screen:

No matter what I do when I try to continue this screen dissappears and nothing else happens. I can't even re-open this screen after I've done that without logging out of my computer.

I cannot even get to that point. I get the following screen when attempting to log in:

And when I click on Start on the first screen (above) I get the following:

Try updating your graphics drivers. If you'd like help identifying the drivers you need, post the System Information and Display Devices sections of your DXDiag file.

DXDiag:
Click Start > Run... (Windows Vista users: Windows Key+R)
Enter DXDiag
Click the Save All Information... button, save the file.
Locate the dxdiag.txt file, copy and paste the relevant information up here.
