charming/luring pets

Im a venomancer and would like to know how to charm/lure mobs to be my pets. Can anyone help me with this plz :) and thx

    When you click on a monster, you may see a red, yellow, or green icon near their name (at the top). Red means your level is too low to tame it. Yellow means you can tame it, it's just generally your level, so it may be difficult. And green means it can be tamed, and generally lower than your level.

    As long as an enemy has a yellow or green icon you can damage it to near death and use the skill Tame Pet and have a possibility of capturing it.
