weird bug???

this week i've gotten this weird problem with my game sumtimes when i log into my account it kicks me off and when i try to relog it said this account has been loged in and i even exit and re-eneter but it still happens this is like my 5th time today at first i though i was **** and changed my pass twice yet still happening e.e anyone has this problem?

    The issue here is that when you get disconnected from the server, the server still sees your character as connected even though you are at the log in screen. It takes a bit of time for the server to realize you are not there and log off your character.

    If you click the "Safe Log" option, it will disconnect any characters the server thinks are still there and log you in normally.
