Deleting Characters Help

Hi,

I just started a few days ago and I made 5 characters on the heaven's pve server. I deleted 4 of them, and they are meditating, so once they're permanently deleted will I be able to create new ones?

Also, since they are 2 different servers & characters, can a character on Heaven's have the same name as on Lost City?

when you delete a character, it takes 7 (or 10, don remember correctly) days, until its fully deleted.



and no, those are 2 different servers, and the same char cant be on both servers only on that where you created him/her
