Having problems staying connected Tech support please help me

Hi, I have been playing pw international since right after closed bata ended and I had no problems playing while my bf did ..I had windows xp on my computer and so does he...Once I put windows vista onto the computer if i am playing and he comes on the games get logged off...Can any of the tech support ppl help me with this..I have no problems when i play the EN server and he plays the international server...It only happens if i or he is on the International and the other wants to play the international server...
