Upgrade HELP!!

1. Can anyone tell me what i need to use making sockets in weapons/equipments/accessories?
2. How do i make +1 items?
3. Every couple/few levels u need new weapon/equips/accessories, can i upgrade current items' level compatible to my character's usage? if can, how?

    1.) making sockets in an item weapon/armor requires one or more items from Boutique(cash shop) and the assistance of one of the NPC's (PW Boutique Agent)

    2.) that is done with Mirage stones

    3.) simple answer? no

    Some quest rewards give you socket armor/weapons. I got a socket armor @ level 15 iirc
