Why i only can call GM when i am stuck?

Everytime i call a GM never reply? i understand GM is busy but still NEVER REPLY.

I got a bug to report but GM never reply, this bug is about make money so hope someone read this and contact me in game. GM ONLY

i almost got kick out of guild becasue this....

    I'd write the admin a PM on the forums giving a detailed description of the bug.

    Also please do realise there's thousands of players playing, and there's what? A handful of GM's online? No wonder it's hard receiving a response, they're only human as well.

    Eh, it's nothing unusual in games that GM's seem untouchable, and when he said "I almost got kicked from my guild because of this" all I was thinking was "Oh boy, no wonder no GM responds."

    In FFXI the GM's respond pretty quickly and they even tell you how many cases they have to deal with before yours when you call them. Lack of GM's not enforcing the ToS = increase in immature harassing player base.

    3 nights in a row I've witnessed and reported people bugging gouf, 3 nights in a row no GM online. Bad luck, I guess.

    its long story, one man thing he can do anything. when i said there is a bug, he dont belvie it and want prove. He is really mad not becasue the bug becasue he dont understand how the bug work and make money for him, he dont care if its a bug or not he only care if can make money for him or not.

    in result i may get kick out of guild becasue i cant prove it and waste his time even he is the one started ask the detail of the bug.
