how to contact GM!!

i tried to purchase ZEN using Paypal last nite,but it failed 3 times :mad:
and then my account got banned :mad:
im confused whats going on (banned me for paying their money:eek:)

i sent customer service a couple emails,they havnt replied me yet
im wondering if i can contact GM and figure it out

any help will be appreciated:)
