Fly wings time...

I'm a cleric and like all flying tools wich are received at lvl 30, mine got 300seconds of time...thats only for acelerate... i asked some people if i could recover that seconds with something, because acelerate is usefull for everyone ! Some people said "i dont know", others said "Yes, but i dont know exectly how...you must decompound something and then combine with wings"....

I didn't got it well...if this is possible to recover... maybe someone would be nice and teach me?
