Is there a way to increase the size of the UI?

WITHOUT lowering the Resolution? I have a 20'', 1680x1050 screen resolution, and the in game UI is really small on this setting. But I like how good the game looks at max everything XD, so, I would like to keep it at the max rez.


so, is there a way to do this?

    I was looking for something similar to this as my eye sight is really bad, but I have not been able to find anything. As far as I know there is no UI's for this game, and I dont think they are allowed to be used.
