Reset attribute points

How many times or until what level can you reset your attributes points?

    As far as I know (I hope someone corrects me if I am wrong) you can reset attribute points indefinitely and to whichever level you like, but the only way to do this is through buying Reset Notes through the Boutique (accessed by pressing O).

    I have pressed on "O", where do I press next to find Reset Notes?

    Click on the Utility tab, then the Reset sub-tab.
