2 weeks and still no help...

My character is still bugged and like the title of this thread it's been bugged for 2 weeks now with no help from any GMs.
I've sent emails only to receive generic responses that help no one.
This is my last time trying to get my character fixed, if I get no help now I'm giving up on this great game with HORRIBLE customer service!

I read some quest guideliner and it said I was supposed to get a fungoid from frozen wolfkin before I got the celestial spirit. The guide also said I shouldn't even be able to get the celestial spirit before I get the fungoid. Also I have killed 70+ frozen wolfkin to try to get the fungoid, but it never dropped. So yah, I don't even remember how I got the celestial spirit. I think I walked through a certain area and it just popped into my quest item slots bag.
Anyways the lvl 19 quest for skill upgrades for humans is bugged.

    uh oh ... I've ran into similar problem at lvl 39 >_<
    I got the quest item for Cultivation quest but don't have the quest in my log. I hope they wake up and fix these damn bugs before it's too late. Having said that 2 weeks is a lot of time, hope you get it fixed.
