Unable to Charge Zens with PayPal

the status of the transaction goes from Suspended to Refunded and an email will be sent to my email address saying that the money has been refunded..cant i buy Zens with the money? can anyone find out the reason why?..Btw.. imma Singaporean.

    I recomend you send an e-mail to "customerservice@perfectworldinc.com" with a copy of the reply you get back from paypal (excluding all of the personal stuff OFC) and see what they say.

    I had 3 transactions so far, all using Paypal. One of them had suspended for like 4 days, and finally completed yesterday. Im not sure what the reason was, probably because my home address(paypal and pw acount) didnt match.
    The other two had zero problem thou, both transactions were almost like instant.

    Mine is suspended as well. Well lovely. Wish I had read this before I did it. Just wanted some mats to power through tradeskills.

    I went through this also and finally found the problem I think. Make SURE your addresses in paypal match up completely. I had done this 4 times until i went through and looked and my billing address was from an old credit card and changed that to my current address and went through in less than a minute later. Hope this helps some...
