some gameplay improvements

here is a list of suggestions:
- lower buffs should not override higher buffs (e.g. 50 mp/s pot is beeing overriden by celestial guardian's seal)
- buffs should get timers
- buffs should be canceled by double click, if you wanted it
- level of buffs should be displayed, when hovering over
What you guys think about those ideas?
