Gold vs Zen and what i s spouse?

New player here. Hope everyone is having a glorious day in PW!!I have a gold/ zen question and a spouse question. Any input is greatly appreciated^^

When I try to buy anything ..anything at all even if I have enough gold, for some reason it woulnt let me . Iam level 7 about 5 days old. Is there a restriction? I know for zen its level 10.
What about gold? there shouldnt be any restrictions even for basic stuff in plume city.
Im a libra and want to look good NOW Go figure :P

Are there two types of currency ithis game?Is there a fulltutorialexplaining how this wholething works?

In game on my profile itsays Spouse none? is that spouse as in married partner? if so how do you do it? is this another one of those things only guys can do like carry?

    How do I add my wifes char as my spouses name and its not a **** marriage either for the fools who want to know

    You have to marry her in the game, sneakypete.

    And yes, luvisan, there are a sort of two different types of currency in the game. Coins, which are dropped from monsters, and gold, which you have to buy with real life money (I won't get into that -.-).

    The reason that you may not be able to buy some things is because your level is too low. Weapons, armor, and even potions have level requirements on them. Hope I helped some, I'm still a bit new myself =)

    On the buying things are we talking about from NPC's or Boutique?
    People from other MMO's can find PW's purchase system confusing, you cannot drag an item from store to your inventory to purchase.
    Shop Inventory
    Buy window
    Sell Window

    drag item you wish to buy from shop window to buy window it will tell you cost and you will have a buy button to confirm purchase, likewise if selling drag from your inventory to sell window then confirm
