Choosing my skills?

I'm axe weilder and I'm lvl 7(I just started). What skills shoudl I use and how do I equip them. I'm not really sure which ones to pick or how to use them.

    Press R and your skill window will pop up, find the ones you want to add, and drag/drop them to the slot you want them in :)

    You answered my first question but not my second. What skills would be the best to equip for an axemen?
