anyone know where there is a list of the stuff that is updated in the client ? i have placed a link in for example

They did post patch updates, both on these very forums and on the main page. And GuildWiki > GWW.

Odds are that they will continue to post the patch updates in the same places- that is, on the home page and in the General Discussion- so be sure to look there first thing after maintenance.
